To analyze the results of your surveys in Zuriey CRM, follow these steps:
- List Survey Results: Navigate to the section where your surveys are listed.
- Access Survey Results: If there are participants for the survey, you will see a Chart button on the right side of the survey entry. Click on this button to view all results from that survey.
- Survey Result Report: The survey results will be displayed in a visual format, allowing you to easily interpret the data collected from participants.
Important Note
- If a survey does not have any participants, the Chart button will not be visible when listing the surveys. This ensures that you only attempt to view results for surveys that have gathered responses.
This feature provides valuable insights into participant feedback and helps you make informed decisions based on the data collected through your surveys in Zuriey CRM.
