To create a new survey in Zuriey CRM, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Surveys: Go to the aside menu and click on Utilities, then select Surveys followed by New Survey.
- Populate Basic Data: Fill in the necessary fields with basic information required for the survey, such as the survey name and description.
- Submit the Survey: After entering the basic data, click on the Submit button to create the survey.
- Add Questions: Once the survey is created, you will be able to add questions to it according to your requirements.
Important Note
If you want to include custom fields in your email template for a particular mailing list, you will need to manually add these fields into the email template content. If you have multiple mailing lists with custom fields, all will be listed for you to choose from. However, if a mailing list does not have any custom fields, it will not be displayed.This process allows you to effectively set up surveys tailored to your audience's needs within Zuriey CRM.
