In Zuriey CRM, adding new questions to your survey is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can do it:
- Create the Survey: After creating your survey, look to the right side of the interface.
- Insert Questions: Click on the Insert Field button. A dropdown menu will appear displaying various question types you can add.
- Available Question Types:
- Checkbox: Allows multiple selections.
- Radiobox: Allows a single selection from multiple options.
- Input Field: For short text responses.
- Textarea: For longer text responses.
- Automatic Saving: When you add a new question, it is automatically saved to the database. If you need to update the question text later, simply click on the reload button located on the right side of the question.
- Preview Your Survey: Once you finish adding all your questions, you can preview the survey by clicking on the eye button at the top of the page.
