Sending survey to mail lists.

You can easily send surveys to your customers, staff, or imported mailing lists using Zuriey CRM. Here’s how to do it effectively:

  1. Prepare Your Survey: Create the survey you wish to distribute.
  2. Select Recipients: Choose the custom mailing lists you want to send the survey to.
  3. Adjust Settings: Make sure to uncheck the option for "Only for Logged In Participants" if you are sending the survey to custom-added mailing lists.
  4. Send the Survey: Click on the Send button to distribute your survey to the selected recipients.

This feature allows you to gather valuable feedback and insights from a wide audience, enhancing your engagement with both customers and staff in Zuriey CRM.
