Statuses

You can easily customize ticket statuses in Zuriey CRM by navigating to Setup -> Support -> Ticket StatusesZuriey CRM comes with predefined general statuses that cannot be deleted, as they are integrated throughout the application; however, you can change their names as needed.

While viewing the list of ticket statuses, you can also see how many tickets are currently assigned to each status.

To set a status color, simply click the edit button while listing the statuses, and you can easily select a color for each status. This feature allows for better organization
