Priorities

You can easily customize ticket priorities in Zuriey CRM by navigating to Setup -> Support -> Ticket Priority. The ticket priority feature in Zuriey CRM allows for efficient management and response to tickets based on their assigned priorities. 

While some customers may consistently select HIGH priority, you have the flexibility to organize ticket priorities according to your specific needs.

This customization ensures that you can address urgent issues promptly while managing lower-priority tickets effectively.
