You can easily customize all ticket email templates in Zuriey CRM by navigating to Setup -> Email Templates -> Tickets. Below is a list of all available ticket email templates:
Ticket Email Templates
- New Ticket Opened (Opened by staff, sent to customer)
This template sends an email to the customer when a ticket is opened from the admin area. - Ticket Reply (Sent to customer)
This email is sent to the customer when an admin adds a reply to the ticket. - Ticket Reply (Opened by customer, sent to staff members)
When a client replies to a ticket, this email is sent to all staff members in the same department as the ticket. - New Ticket Open Autoresponse
This autoresponse message is sent when a client opens a new ticket. - New Ticket Created (Opened by customer, sent to staff members)
When a new ticket is opened by a customer, all staff members in the same department as the ticket receive this email. - Auto Close Ticket
This email is sent when the cron job automatically closes a ticket. NB: Cron job is always active so you don't need to set anything on your side.
Feel free to disable any of these email templates if you do not wish for them to be sent.
