You can set up predefined replies in Zuriey CRM for responses you frequently use, saving you time from having to type them out repeatedly.
To create predefined replies, navigate to Setup -> Support -> Predefined Replies.
When you are replying to or opening a ticket, simply click on the Add Predefined Reply button. A popup modal will appear, allowing you to click on the plus icon to insert your selected reply directly into the reply field. This feature streamlines your communication process and enhances efficiency in managing support tickets.
