When replying to or opening a ticket in Zuriey CRM, you can easily insert a knowledge base link by clicking on the Insert Knowledge Base Link button.
A popup modal will open, and you simply need to click on the plus icon to insert the link into the reply field. The link will be added at the location of your cursor in the reply area.
Note: If the setting Setup -> Settings -> Customers -> Use Knowledge Base is set to No, you will not have access to this option.
