Sending Surveys Using Mail Lists in Zuriey CRM
After you have added a survey in Zuriey CRM, a new column will appear that allows you to send the survey to selected mailing lists. Here’s how to do it:
- Select Mailing Lists: In the new column, choose the specific mailing list(s) you want to send the survey to. You can select multiple mailing lists if needed.
- Click Send: Once you have selected the desired mailing lists, click on the Send button. All selected emails will be added to the CRON job queue for distribution.

The primary function of the mail lists feature is to facilitate the sending of surveys, allowing for organized and targeted outreach.
Creating New Mail Lists
If you need to create a new mailing list, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Mail Lists: Go to Utilities -> Surveys -> Mail Lists.
- Create New Mail List: Click on the New Mail List button located on the right side.
- Name Your Mail List: Enter a name for your new mailing list.
- Custom Fields (Optional): You have the option to add custom fields such as first name, last name, etc., for personalization in your emails.
- Add Emails to Your List: After creating the mail list, open it to add new email addresses.
