Allowed file extensions

To configure the allowed file extensions for support tickets in Zuriey CRM, navigate to Setup -> Settings -> Tickets -> Allowed File Extensions. This feature enables you to set specific file types that can be attached to support tickets, which are separate from the global system allowed file extensions.

The file extensions you specify will also apply when tickets are automatically imported via Email Piping or IMAP, ensuring consistency in file handling across different ticket submission methods.
