In Zuriey CRM, you can easily access comprehensive customer data, including invoices, contracts, tickets, and notes. To do this, simply click on the Edit button next to the customer's name. On the right side of the screen, you will find a detailed overview of all customer activities related to your company.
Additionally, there is a convenient Login as Client option. This feature allows you to log into the customer's profile directly, enabling you to view their experience and ensure everything is functioning smoothly from their perspective.
