The Project Activity feature in Zuriey CRM allows you to track all activities related to a project, providing a comprehensive overview of progress and engagement.
Controlling Visibility of Project Activity
You have the option to control whether project activity is visible to customers. To do this, simply toggle the OFF button on the right side of the activity section.
Smart Visibility Management
The project activity feature operates intelligently by automatically managing visibility based on certain actions:
- Automatic Visibility Control: If a discussion is created that is marked as not visible to the customer, all subsequent project activities logged under that discussion will also be marked as not visible.
- Consistency Across Elements: This logic applies not only to discussions but also extends to tasks, files, and timesheets. If any element is set to not visible for the customer, all related activities will inherit this visibility setting.
This functionality ensures that sensitive or internal discussions and activities can remain confidential, while still allowing for transparent communication regarding other aspects of the project. By managing visibility effectively, you can enhance collaboration with your team while maintaining appropriate boundaries with customers.
