Project timesheets track all active timers for tasks related to a specific project. To view all project timesheets, click on the Timesheets tab while viewing the project.
Viewing Project Timesheets
In the Timesheets section, you can view and sort all timers that are either in progress or stopped. Each timesheet is linked to a specific staff member and task, providing clear visibility into time management for the project.
Adding a New Timesheet Manually
To add a new timesheet while in the Timesheets section, follow these steps:
- Click on the Timesheet Button: Select the Timesheet button to initiate the process.
- Create New Project Timesheet: Choose the option to create a new project timesheet.
- Select Start and End Time: Use the calendar to select the start time and end time for the timesheet.
- Select Task: Choose the task to which this timesheet will be linked.
- Select Staff Member: By default, the logged-in user will be automatically selected as the staff member.

If the logged-in user does not have permission to EDIT or CREATE projects, only that user will be available for selection in the dropdown menu as timesheet staff.
This functionality allows for effective tracking of time spent on tasks within projects, ensuring accurate reporting and management of resources in Zuriey CRM.
