Billable Expense

In Zuriey CRM, you have the ability to create billable expenses for your customers. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Navigate to Expenses: Click on the Expenses section in the sidebar menu.
  2. Record Expense: Select Record Expense to start adding a new expense.
  3. Select Customer: Choose the customer associated with this expense.
  4. Mark as Billable: A new checkbox labeled Billable will appear. Check this box to indicate that the expense is billable. This will enable you to convert this expense into an invoice later.

Currency Handling for Billable Expenses

  • By default, the expense amount will be recorded in your base currency.
  • If you mark the expense as billable, the currency will automatically change to match the customer's currency.

Important Notes About Currency

  • If the customer's currency is set to the system default, the expense will remain in your defined base currency.

This feature allows you to effectively manage expenses and ensure that billable costs are accurately invoiced to your customers, streamlining your financial processes in Zuriey CRM.
